So I am trying to download Visual Studio 2012 SDK (it's the one my school uses and I am familiar with it) through Microsoft Imagine (basically a program from microsoft that allows schools and their students to get ms software for free). When I download the .exe and run it, it shows this message. I tried clicking the link for help, but couldn't find my issue. Any ideas?

Can you post the log file? And: Are there any prerequisited for installing the package?

EDIT: I just checked the prerequisited. Indeed, you need to have "Visual Studio Professional 2012 or higher" installed.  What you are trying to install there is just the SDK which has templates, tools, reference assemblies etc.
