Google Chrome - Missing Icons?

Well it's probably easier for me to show you than describe - so here's a link to an image, https://gyazo.com/da3ddc44324cb29e497e2f8ea3c54658 , as you see - the buttons to go 'back a page' 'forward a  page' 'reload the page' and the 'settings' icons have all vanished, I can still click on where they should be and it performs the action, but it's slightly annoying. Anyone else had the issue and willing to share some light?
