Hi everyone,

Together with my friend I'm planning on making a game pc. He will only use it for gaming. He allready owns a 2TB HDD so that's not needed. His budget is max 900 euros. We live in the Netherlands but German pcpartpicker is fine.

yep, i also recommend Tweakers. they have a great section devoted to secondhand parts aswell! you can scoregreat deals on GPU's there. This one guy called Omni is selling Titan XP's for 750 euro's!

You should probably spend more on the GPU and less on the CPU.  What types of games will he be playing?

 

I'd opt for a Ryzen 1700 or 1600X(if it exists   ;-)) and a GTX 1070, personally.

the 1700 costs similarly to the 7700 and i couldn't fit the 1070 even after dropping to a 1600.
