Hello everyone! As you can see from the title i am a first time builder.

Some Info:

im building this PC mainly for 3D work/ animation in Autodesk Maya, Illustrator, and After Effects. From time to time i will be using this PC to play a few games at 1440p 60 fps at medium to medium low settings. Some of these games include Outlast II and a few AAA titles.

My budget for this PC was at $2,160 USD. i will also be buying these parts from the US.

What i really want to know is:

Are all the Parts Compatible?

and

Is there anything i should change to make this run better?

I'd get 32 gb of ram. Those programs love ram

Thermal component is included with the cooler.

The extra case fans are probably overkill.

If you want to save a bit you can get a 1700 and use the stock cooler and oc it.

You can get something better quality than the Roccat. Mionix, Zowie, Nixeus, Logitech, Corsair, even Razer.

Why do you want to get that cooler btw? Just buy the 1700 with the wraith spire. http://www.outletpc.com/cp0425-amd-ryzen-7-1700-8core-30-ghz-37-ghz-turbo-socket.html

As nice as overclocking sounds as a first time builder, you're not going to use the extra juice (which on Ryzen isn't much anyway). The 1700 is the best overall deal. Use the savings of ~$120 to add more RAM, which will benefit your workflow much more.

I love my Ryzen went from a Skylake 6700k 4.4hz to it and haven't regretted it in the slightest. I just posted a review on the gaming while streaming as it really is pretty darn amazing.

Just remember its going to be hard to get stable OC for the Chip and 32 gb of ram. I had to drop from 4.0 to 3.9 to get the ram stable on a 16gb kit to 2993

I would rather agree on what we share, than fight on what we don't. - Myself
