Msi B350M Gaming Pro Motherboard

Ryzen 5 1600x

Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 1060 3gb

Corsair Vengeance Lpx 8gb Ddr4 Dram 2400mhz

So I recently upgraded my CPU, motherboard, and ram to accommodate for the new gpu I got. I put all the parts in and tried booting up the computer, but I can't get it to work no matter what I try. All the fans and motherboard lights and whatnot are working, and I can get to the bios and "Starting Windows" screen, but I'll get a blue screen every time before windows can request my password. The debug leds will lights up with the CPU light first, the ram light next, the gpu light third, and then no lights when the computer boots, but will repeat the sequence every blue screen. Sometimes I'll take other courses of action, such as booting with my windows 7 disk, however, my keyboard and mouse will lose connection when the popup asks for my language and i can't do anything from there. Other times, when windows is loading files, it'll restart again, sometimes, my mouse and keyboard lose connection, while other times only one will. How might I fix this? Sorry if any of this is confusing or lacking in adequate information, this is my first time writing something like this.

I would recommend reinstalling windows. That would be first step.

Before that you would need to get keyboard and mouse working. Go into bios and somewhere in advanced settings you should have USB connections or something like that. You should enable PS/2. I was unable to use my mouse and keyboard at the beginning and it always works. If you don't feel like reinstalling windows just try booting in safe mode (with networking). From there you should be able to uninstall all old/bad drivers and install new ones.

Hope it helps.

I checked my bios and the closest thing I could find in regards to what you mentioned was USB Configuration in advanced settings. The options were "XCHI Hand-off" and "Legacy USB Support", both of which were enabled. I tried reinstalling windows after that, and the mouse and keyboard issue continued. Also, when I tried to open in safe mode (not just with networking, but in general), it will load files, stop at windows/system32/drivers\CLASSPNP.SYS, and then blue screen. If this is normal and I'm supposed to do something from here, I wouldn't know what.

My mouse or keyboard don't work when XCHI and Legacy USB Support are enabled in the same time. Try disabling XHCI

I tried disabling XCHI, which had no noticeable difference. Disabling Legacy USB Support, regardless of whether or not XCHI was disabled or enabled, would only make the mouse and keyboard stop working before the "starting windows" screen, as opposed to after.

I apologize for my own incompetence, but might you explain how I do this?

No problem. Put your old hardware back in, and follow these steps:

So I put all of my old parts back in and tried uninstalling the drivers. Anytime I uninstalled the CPU drivers, they'd automatically reinstall, so I assumed that wasn't the issue (unless it is, in which, please let me know). However, I was able to uninstall a "Gigabyte Gaming Pro" driver or something like that, and seeing that my old motherboard is a Gigabyte and my gigabyte gpu had drivers located elsewhere, I assumed that was the one you were referring to. I uninstalled it, put the old parts back in, and it doesn't look like the issue got any better. Although I really don't have a clue, I assume what you say is correct since the motherboard came with a disk labeled "AMD Motherboards Drivers & Utilites", which I assume would be the solution, but I can't get the computer to read the disk. Thank you for the suggestion nonetheless.
