PC not booting

Please help my pcs fans go 100% and the monitor does not display anything and no matter how long the fans stay 100 thanks

what graphics card, does you cpu have on board graphics if yes try it out with the onboard graphics, is the graphics card seated properly and is the 8 or 6 pin power connector in

What's the motherboard and cpu that you're using? Are you running the on-board graphics, or a GPU? What sort of power supply do you have?

I just went trough that yesterday and if you dont have a anti static wrist strap its fine just remeber to touch your PSU (has to be plugged in for grounding) if you want to be safe and try each and every stick of RAM and you may find a stick not working

I always check ram now as its the really easy to have one not seated properly or just dead.
