odd pc problem just occured

So I just turned off my PC, then a minute later i pressed the start button and it made the usual click sound and after a second it went off and then after 5 seconds it started normally, but now the sound crackles, glitches and goes slower here and there even in windows and has some interference sound every quarter second or so. Whether performance is affected i need to check, but my CPU settings got reset as well. The problem also happened yesterday when i didnt run any overclocks, because the win10 update reset my BIOS for some reason.

but for the past 24 hours it worked fine, but my Face wizard image got reset as well and since when does windows have access to my BIOS settings and reset them. Imagine if you had a RAID setup and windows fucked that up as well. If they werent so penetrant with their $%&"& updates then i wouldnt have made it...geeez
