Help Using ATIFlash command box

I need help flashing my vbios. I tried it with ATIWinFlash with no luck, and my last post wasnt very clear.  Im not sure what to type into it to get it to flash while ignoring the fact that i may be an improper bios. I also have a dual bios so idc if it goes wrong. thanks.

Why are you flashing your bios in this way? It's really designed for experts who actually know what they are doing.

 

It doesn't look like you even have a flash file.

Thats why im asking for help. the other way wont work and i have a dual bios so it doesnt matter if i screw up
