Hey, I currently have a 1tb ssd for games and stuff but I am out of space so am buying a second one and putting them into a raid 0 array. For obvious reasons I don't want to lose my current data so I have bought a 1tb hdd. My question is how should I make sure I keep all my data, I'm thinking I should clone the ssd to the hdd then restore after the raid array is setup but what do you think?

That's good to hear, I'll just check to see what I actually have on there

I no longer bother with steams built in backup. It's too slow. Only once have I had a game fail to be recognised uts because I think I didn't bother to verify the backup after copying

What would be the steps to this then, just copy it and then copy it back after raid setup?

Pretty much what I do. there are a million ways to transfer things safely, the easiest I can think of right now would be to throw them in an archive using 7zip and it's built in testing tool
