What are you worried about?

PCpartpicker checks all the electrical compatibility, so all you need to check is GPU length and CPU cooler compatibility, which should be easy to do by looking at the manufacturers website. nothing really special.

ive repeatedly checked my builds specs and it says everythings ok butt ive never built a computer before so im not trying to mess up by not having some part of putting a different part in the wrong direction or not having good airflow and burning my rig to the ground

Nah that part will be fine.

almost all connectors are keyed (the important ones definitely are, like motherboard power, and PCIe power, and SATA, etc.) so they don't fit into the wrong places.

you're really overthinking this IMO.

only really important thing to check is that when installing the CPU, the gold triangle matches up with the triangle on the motherboard. that's the most complicated installation.
