Dead PSU?

So I bought a PC from a friend and it came with a EVGA NEX750B PSU. When I first got the system it worked with that PSU. I took it apart to clean it and now it is refusing to boot.

As soon as I flip the power switch the fans spin but I dont get any display output.

When I switch to a working Antec power supply it does what you would expect. Doesn't turn on until you press the power button. Screen outputs.

 

Thoughts? Im guessing Dead PSU but idk

Blowing dust has the potential to hold static electricity. Also a piece of Debris could have crossed a joint in the psu. If the PC is fine with a new unit I recommend you check the warranty status of the unit.
