Logitech Support regarding their peripherals

Go to solution Solved by Lolcrokn,

All in all got a new mouse without having to return it in like 4 days. Very satisfied. Didn't even have to upload a receipt although i offered to attach it to my case only the picture of damage.

So the issue with my G402 is that the "rubber" is getting worn out. My friend has had the same issue with his Rival 300 (Steelseries) and he has contacted the support and they just sent him a new one without him needing to send anything back which I find pretty amazing. ( he was covered by warranty ) Now I tried contacting the support like 2 days ago and I still haven't had any response from them and in my friend's case he got a response in like a few hours to a day max. Does anyone have any experience with Logitech support, are they as cool as Steelseries and how fast do they respond ?

My G930 broke (physical damage) and they replaced it, although I had to send it back and when I sent a message I wouldn't get a reply until the next morning. BUT it is a 3 year warranty. I have seen alot of people who didn't need to send it back. It may be luck. But the support is great especially since it was physical damage that was probably cause by a drop (although I don't remember dropping it)

I have a g933 that broke

they sent me 2 replacements

one broke after 2 weeks

the other is still sealed.

but logitech likes to take their time

it took 1 month and a half to get a thing to send the broken one back.

I am not getting a reply for like 2 days now ... I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.
