reinstalling window10

because i ran out of methods to get Rainbow6 siege startup, i decide to reinstall the system. but i have lots of games and apps on my computer... if i directly run a win10 iso file on the current win10 system to reinstall the system, is it possible to reinstall the system but not affect my files ,apps, and games in this method?
