I use MSI Afterburner combined with Rivatuner for mine. Works like a charm. You can customize a whole slew of different things you want to monitor. 

 

Here is a grab from a quick load I just did in Overwatch. As you can see in the top right you can see my CPU and GPU overlays for monitoring.
