780 bottlenecks.

Depends on the game, but it's usually at so high FPS that no one cares, if you have 60Hz monitor, I can guarantee no bottleneck.

Maybe A little bit, why not just get a single 780ti? I know for a fact 2 Titans are bottlenecked by a 3930k.
