since the unexpected presumed failure of one of my 1tb drives used for my games has ceased to work and or messed with windows causing boot time to be hours long

im looking to replace 2 of my drives

current drives in sytem

A. samsung 850 evo 250gb(boot)

B. the 1tb LAPTOP sshd that failed(presumably)(games and general files

C.my spare 1tb 3.5" seagate constellation with has FOUR rellacated sectors(now used for games, till i get a new drive)

D. 1 TB WD green (films,tv shows,music, phone backups)

Drive B. will be replaced by a 2tb WD black(games and general files)

An idea for the drive D thing.

4TB sounds a bit overkill and I see you're saving backups on there so my suggestion is,

for drive D get 2 2TB HDD's and put them in RAID 1.

I am no genius but I think it's a good idea.

But other than that, it looks good to me

I'd like to do that but I can only fit a certain amount of drives in my system(2 in the basement) 2 in the main  chassis(blocks airflow :/)

Get two 2TB drives and put them in a RAID. Get a Seagate USB 3 2.5" caddy drive or similar brand (2TB-4TB) and use that as an external HDD to backup your data. It's slow but highly efficient at backing up your data vs. wasting drives, partition and drive space with redundant backups. The WD blacks are over priced for the value they provide. You would be better served with a 480GB-500GB SSD as well for a gaming drive.
