system goes on loop

My Rig:

i7 4790k
MobO: GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK 
GRAPHIC CARD: GEFORCE GTX660
RAM: corsair vengeance DDR3 (2X8GB )
HD : WD black 1 tb
SSD: Kingston NOW V300 120 GB 
Cabinet: cooler master C+P 250 
CPU cooler : cooler master Seidon 120 V plus 
PSU : corsair VS650
Monitor : Samsung SE390

 

ERROR:

the system automatically restarts at times and goes into a loop without any warning...
like when u start the system "windows" screen flashes and before the desktop opens the system restarts... and goes in a loop of restarts...
at times while watching a basic movie the system restarts.... even  if there is no power cut or something...

 

i m not using any UPS at the moment... pls guide me to fix the rig

Insert a bootable device of the Windows version you are running.

Try to fix the OS from there.
