Weird line

Hi, when I start my computer for the first time I got this weird line on my screen : (Picture #1)

And when I try a simple restart I get theese lines again.

 

I change my display port for DVI-D and I have the same problem.

 

Any body know whats happen ?

Try either reinstalling GPU drivers, or a different monitor if you can.

Try reseating the GPU and try the mobo port without the graphics card installed.

is it only when you are booting up? Sorry, not going to download the attached mp4 files to watch it. Does it persist when you are in windows normally or while in games?

The problem dosent look to be there when I try on my motherboard graphic card.

No it did not appear after windows is up or when I'm on any game. Only on the first startup of the day and only when I restart the computer.

Its a very hard thing to diagnose then. Honestly if its not affecting you during operations and only appears when you are a rebooting process, then I wouldnt worry about it. When it does start to affect your experience with your system beyond this, then I would worry.

Other test I did.

 

I take the GTX 760 of my wife computer.

 

And plug it in mine.

 

Same problem on the same PCI I used with my 1080 : Video #5

 

And same problem on the other PCI (For the luck) : Video #6

It sounds more like either the monitor or the Motherboard. Test the monitor on your wifes setup see if you get the same line. If not, then its likely the motherboard and not the graphics card.

I just think about something... I put back the video card of my wife on his computer and I hit restart and it did the same things.....

 

Can it be the last creator update of microsoft ? 

 

I did it on both of my computer.
