expected rx580 prices?

Friend is ordering his build in a couple of weeks, we've decided on the RX580. Was looking at the Asus one (to match his RGB Asus board) but it's £330 on Scan - entering 1070 price ranges..

I'm guessing its this high because of launch? I mean the 1070 SMASHES a 580 and it's not that much more expensive.

Another weird thing - MSI's 8GB Armor version is £239.99 , and the 4GB Armor version is 290.. wtf?

 

What can we expect price-wise from the RX580 when the prices drop? Sapphire's prices seem relativity fair.

When the price is settled, it will be priced 10$/£/eur below the 480

It's probably high because market demand is going to be high. And scalpers.

 

Otherwise I wouldn't imagine it to be any different from what the current RX 480 prices are/were.

In the US I just saw an 8 GB Sapphire Nitro for $229 (Well, 10 minutes ago).
