Screen elements jumping around

Hello LTT community.

I have for the last couple of months had a problem with some of my programs on my pc. It appears to be mainly java programs this happens to, but it makes my programmes useless. I dont know if im descriping it correctly. So heres a pic. This is Maplesoft by the way, a CAD program. Hope someone can help, because im really tired of not being able to use the software on my desktop.

reinstall your display drivers and give your windows install some (probably well needed) maintenance as well.

what do you mean by maintenance?

- hard drive defrag

- ccleaner comes a long way as well

- sfc /scannow (in cmd, opened as administrator)

- check for unnecessary programs running
