Hmm, maybe  RX 550-560, but at that price range, it's really cutting the edge, and for 115 the GPU may cause a CPU bottleneck.

The gtx 1050 or rx 460 are the best you can do new, but at this price point you are better off buying used. the 7950 and gtx 770 are good used options

Save your Peso's for a decent gpu, like the rx series or something.

Otherwise if you want something now!!! Then buy a used gpu.

What is the purpose of the rig? you might consider cutting some budget out of your CPU if your interest is gaming and going with an R5 1400 and keeping your RX480. You won't notice any major performance hit going from 6 cores to 4 cores in gaming, but you will notice a MASSIVE difference between a RX460 and RX480.

but like I said in your other post, for $115 brand new your best bet is a GTX 1050. if you can afford a bit more, GTX 1050ti. If you want to go used you could probably get something a fair bit better, but not everyone is interested in used products.

AMD just released their new line of 500 series polaris based GPU's today. You should check out the RX550-560 as it is probably tailored to exactly your kind of need, assuming the gtx 1050 isn't good enough for you.

that tip is relevant specifically for a Gaming PC, but definitely not a rule for PC's in general.
