Keys not working on Keyboard

I have had this keyboard for around 3 weeks now and i have just noticed that 2 keys do not work:

These are the (4+1) and (4+2) keys.

 

The keyboard i have is the GEEZER mechanical keyboard: https://www.amazon.co.uk/GEEZER-Mechanical-Keyboard-Multi-colour-Short-Body/dp/B01HBEMLXQ

 

Is there anyway i can fix this.

These keys do work in the log in screen but they don't work after I've logged in
