So was playing borderlands 2 and pc just shut off and wouldn't turn back on after some trouble shooting relized it was my msi gtx 780 3gb twin froza card that was the problem. With the power from the psu not plugged in my pc will boot. So my question is what Is the most reasonable idea for this. I'm thinking vrm problems or my psu over voltted or power surged. most likely will try baking. Yes I know baking only fixes sodering problems but it's worth a try anyways if the card dosnt work anymore. thinki

Psu: 725w xpower sentey

Mobo: msi 970 gaming

Gpu: msi gtx 780 3gb twin froza

And I've tried using the gpu in other systems and would not boot and using a different gpu in my system it will boot so it is not the power supply but it might of decided to take the card out becuase it is a pretty crappy psu. Any ideas be helpful as would like to try and fix this card rather then have it be a paper weight
