After that i restarted my pc to see if the speed was different but it became slower so i thought that this was just the boot option and it was so i installed couple of programs  and also samsungs magician and set os optimization to maximum performance clicked apply then restart later ( cuz i was installing something atm) after that i restarted and this happened (see picture)... first thing i did was turn off my pc then disconnect my hdd but same thing i cant go into bios because my keyboard doesnt open idk why but it used to now it will only open sometimes

Are you sure you tried to install to the SSD? If so, it shouldn't be slow, even before any performance optimizations.

I said on the description that that wasnt the problem and infixed it by going into the bios and putting it as boot option #1

The SSD may be going bad then. They aren't supposed to be slow at all.
