pc on and off repeatedly

guys i need your help, on my last post i have problem on my cable management because its too tight and it bend my mother board, after i fix my cable i put all the covers back on and start my pc it turn on and off repeatedly so i wiggle my 24 pin connector a bit and check if there is any connector are loose and it seems fine all are in proper way. when push the power button its okay so i said maybe the 24 pin connector is a bit loose. after i shut down my pc and open this morning im having the same problem again. its on and off repeatedly. i worried because maybe it damage my mother board. so i tested it i pull out my RAM and start my pc and i heard the beep and it stays on. so i shut down my pc, put the RAM back on when i push the power button it stays on. guys i need your conclusion about this im no expert. i really need your help of whats happening in my pc.

What are the components? What psu? Motherboard?

@deXxterlab97 i have Deep Cool DA 500 PSU and MSI H97 gaming 3 mother board. Avexir core series RAM im not having this kind of problem before. its just started when i fix my cable. and when i check my cables all are in place and proper way.
