EVGA Precision removing all changes on program startup

Hey, so super quick question. I have Precision set to open on startup, but everytime it does open, the power target is set to 100% again, the fan is set to manual (which is about 2000rpm) and then i will randomly notice about 10 minutes into gaming when it's already 90 degree's that the fan isn't on. 

 

Is there some kind of setting I'm missing or is this just the program being a piece of shit?

Is there no "apply overclock on next boot" setting or something?

Not from what I can see, I'm used to MSI AB so, that is quite straightforward and just works the way it should. This one is just so confusing...
