Yes, I have used only the 120mm variant (because H100i v2) but have been very pleased with them.

So I want to upgrade my pc to a water cooler but i don't want all this software stuff like with the new nzxt x62 or the corsair 115i water cooler unless it's really a must i hear these programs have a had alot of trouble and really don't wanna deal with it so i was wondering of there are any water cooler's that don't run off software

I could contribute that the H100i v2 (and probably also the H115 for that matter) in fact do not need Corsair Link for function. There is a fairly sensible in built profile based on coolant temperature (assuming you have the fans plugged into the pump). The software is only necessary for applying a custom fan curve or changing the LED color.

so all i have to do is install the cooler and not install the software for the aio and it will function no problem

the coolers run natively from the system. the software is to customize the fan profiles and lighting effects.

function? they'll work and cool, but the fans will prolly be too loud (relocate the fans from the AIO to the motherboard to have the motherboard control them through the UEFI).

Ultimately depends on whether you want the fans to react to coolant temperature (plugging the fans to the pump of H115i) or the CPU temperature itself ( plugging to motherboard)

in my system the CPU can get quite hot under load and so I prefer the quiet factor since the coolant inside the AIO stays cool for a while and only when the coolant starts to warm up the fans ramp up.

To agree with Airdeano I did replace stock fans for Noctuas though.

If budget is not a big issue the industrial variant look nicer (in my opinion) and also generate more pressure which may translate to better performance against a radiator.
