OK so yesterday i installed that CPU Core Parking tool and that added few more settings in my powerplan which are out of my mind. I uninstalled that tool but its modified options are still in my Powerplan.
Now my processor runs at 3.97 Ghz ( full speed which is OC speed ) on IDLE too, where as it use to run at 2.4Ghz while on IDLE.

Now it runs at full Clock on both Balanced / Performance Power Plan.

*This is not about intel speed step, its already enabled in bios*

That core parking tool changed my powerplan.
How can i fix it?
Here are the weird options that software added in my powerplan.
