300 doller laptop

Hello, A while ago i purchased this 300 doller laptop it has an i3-4010u and intel hd 4400 graphics sort of when most of the laptops had i3/i5 processors in them. Now when i visit the store i was thinking about getting a new laptop but the laptops around the 300 doller price range all had pentiums and intel atoms in them so my question was how good are these pentiums compared to the i3/i5 processors in laptops?

Any PC, either laptop or desktop, if you have less than $500 I recommend you go used.

Thinkpad T430, you can get a good one for under $300. Plus down the road you can upgrade the laptop, they can become pretty beast. I've got one with a 3820QM, 16gb ddr3, and 3 500 GB 850 pro SSD's.
