Multiple fan contol

I'm going to buy new fans for my case and I need to know what I need. Do I need anything else?

The LED fans are 3pin and aren't 4pin pwm. If you plug them into that pwm hub, they will run at 100% rpm.

They also aren't great fans to begin with.

Why did you decide on these fans and fan hub in particular?
