so should I go for OCing or GTX 670

Honestly, what will the overall plan be for? Gaming? Render? cause it would take more power overall.

Yeah, I do lots of gameplay streaming and recording. But I also edit a lot.

Will this buld have a battery or wall plug?

Wall plug

Overclock would be a good idea but temperatures could go high. If overclock solution, focus on airflow within the work area. If small, then just relax and you have a bit of more space!

If I was to buy a 4670(non K) and a Asus GTX 670 Direct CU mini I would save more space, loose the overclocking, I wouldn't have to buy a bigger PSU and I would get more GPU performance(with a smaller card)

Yep. Sounds good! Heck, get a lower end i5 and be happy! The difference isn't much!

The wattage of a part like that, non-overclocked could be around 40-50w full tilt. Run that thing off a wall wart!
