Closed Water Cooling Systems

So im planning to overclock my cpu and im wondering what is the best closed circuit water cooling. I do not have enough money for a custom loop. My budget for this is about $130. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

SilverStone Tundra Series TD02 looks and performs amazing. The tubing is the only downside for me.
