gpu on 100% load after restarts

so i tried abit of litecoin mining but it wasnt for me so i unistalled the stuff and got rid of it all but now my main gpu is allways on full load i've restarted my pc a few times and no change i even did a system restore

 

i have 2x gtx 660's
