App or non web browser access

Is there an app or some type of way to view LTT forums without being browser related? Just started here and was wondering because it would be awesome to have a smooth way of browsing topics for hours.

If you've installed chrome you can make a shortcut to launch google chrome as a app,

 

chrome.exe --app=https://linustechtips.com/

but for any standalone applications, I'm not sure.

There is no app nor will there ever be one. The website is perfectly optimised for all devices

If on Android pop into Google Play and install Hermit, then point it at this site. It will create a web app for you using WebView and wrap it really nicely. That's what I do.

 

Only con side is floatplane doesn't work with WebView so if you want to watch floatplane content you need to switch back to full blown Chrome/Firefox.

Any app would still load data from site, so I wouldn't call it any smoother than using browser.
