Headphones randomly stop working

My headphones randomly stop working on the right side until I go into playback devices then click test, then the test works and both sides will resume normal function for a short period of time.

 

Headphones: SteelSeries Siberia Elite Headset with Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound (Anniversary Edition)

Soundcard:Creative Sound Blaster Audigy PCIe RX 7.1 Sound Card with High Performance Headphone Amp

I have tried using onboard audio as well, yet it still has the same issue.

Any ideas?
