When will it be bottlenecking?

So I am wondering with a setup like this: 

I tried to stream Dead by Daylight, in my Task manager, if I like spin around really fast, my CPU process is at around 84% usage, and my GPU stays under 70, but I'm not sure if it's a bottleneck, my CPU isn't OC'ed

So if I stream, 80 CPU usage and let's say around 50-65 gpu usage is likely okay/normal?

I play the game at ultra aswell.

Yep, that's normal.

Okay, so there is likely no bottleneck? 

Only thing i feel is the escape, lag and 1 frame drop + increase at times.

Else when I start the game before we can "do our mission" i can get a small lag, but never when i play and repair the generators

Yeah, that's just the game being badly optimized. I've had it happen on both my system and a friend's system (he has a 6700k)

Ah okay, thanks a lot!  but are there some games I should find a bottleneck in?

Yes, I have the same setup and I've seen slight bottlenecks in GTAV with MSAA disabled, but that's really it.

Thanks a lot sir! So I'll not be upgrading my build for now i guess, I'll just swap the thermalpaste and pump it up to 4,2
