Programming s7 edge NFC

Hi! I wanted to know if you can re-program the read/write NFC on the s7 edge and convert it to a normal NFC tag. I have my apartment access card that I frequently forget due to it's size, but I was wondering if I can program the NFC on the S7 edge and basically make it an access card. If it's possible, please tell me how to do this because it will make my life much easier. Thanks!

 

P. S. If it requires rooting, please help me do so because I don't know how to.
