Keystrokes = Computer Lags (HELP)

Everytime I spam pressing keys my pc just slows down then get right back after 2 sec, I noticed it when I played dota2 frames drop from 120 to 20 everytime I press a single key.

 

OS win7 64bit

CPU = i5-7400

GPU = 1060 amp 3gb

RAM = Gskill 8gb

MOBO = MSI H110M

If you have MSI afterburner with RivaTuner installed, let the screen overlay show GPU, CPU, and Disk usage and look to see where the bottleneck is.

I might try that after installing win10.

You should post the specs including the OS, else we're just guessing.

I see from a previous thread that you tried to use your Windows 7 install from your old PC. IMO that's probably the problem.

 

Try doing a fresh install instead or even get Windows 10 and use your Windows 7 key (it's still working even though Microsoft said it was just for the first year).

yep im currently installing win10 rght now. I hope that will fix the prob.
