Flashing screens

so recently i change my mobo cpu and add another 1080 . oftaer that i boot into windows and it seem to be all fine . then my middle screen start to randomly turn off and on and all of the screens start to flash and do some weard lines. it is hard for me to take picture as this disapears after second . do you heave any idea how to fix that ?
