so I began sleeving my cables, and as a result of my immense strength I have managed to pull a wire from its connector. I'm wondering if instead of removing the pin from the connector I could stick the two wires together.. any help?

Soldering should be alright.. welding might be a bit overkill

"weldiing", someone's been playing a lot of garry's mod lately. :P

I haven't played gmod in a while actually! once I build my new pc though I'm sure I'll pick it up again ;)

You can splice the cables, quite a common practice when sleeving. Have a look for guides on YouTube or on the OCN cable sleeving FAQ :)
