Hello, I'm not very fluent with PC building and compatability so if someone could help me I'd aporeciate it.

I currently have an HP all in one desktop 24-g020t (with touch screen). I'm getting an alienware PC from someone I know, without a monitor, but with everything else. My HP computer is all in one, so the monitor is the computer? I'm sure you know what I mean. My question is: will I be able to use my HP monitor as the monitor for my alienware pc even though it's an all in one computer? Also will the touch screen still function, and do I need anything extra to make the two compatable?

This may be a stupid question, but I did some googling and couldn't find an answer.

Thanks.

There is a HDMI port but that's an out port most likely so you can connect another monitor to the PC. Yeah there is nothing you can do with it most likely

Because the computer only have a HDMI-out port you wont be able to use the screen with another computer.
