Which 27/29"

I have a 27" BenQ gl2750HM monitor that i want to upgrade to a 27" or 29" monitor.

 

I have a i5 3570k running at 4.2 ghz and a Asus hd 7970 dcuii Top (stock vcore of 1000mhz).

 

I would like to have a more calm picture, what i notice atm (my screen is 1½ years old), is motion blur like in this video (about 30 sec in the wideo with battlefield, look at the weapon) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8HmxdIYB4k

 

I would like a ips panel but they are not as good as a tn for gamers and tn panels dosn't look as good as ips monitor.

 

Does anybody know of a ips monitors that supports g-sync which could be a something i would consider upgrade to.

 

What would be the best for me my budget is of the price of the Benq XL2720T and the Asus vg278HE, max price of a 29" monitors could be like the ASUS PB298Q, ASUS MX299Q or Dell UltraSharp U2913WM (i don't think the dell is good enough for games).

 

I play games like boarderlands 2, bf 4 need for speed, grid racedriver,dirt for atleast an hour every day
