If you didn't use the CPU fan header because you're using a liquid cooler, you have to disable the warning for that. Go into advanced mode -> monitor and set CPU fan speed to Ignore

You have to go through bios every time you boot because of the cpu fan error. Once you fix that you should be able to boot normally.
