lol guys dw i forgot i downloaded my steam games on my HDD and i was looking in the SSD steam folder

Okay, so im trying to install CS:Source textures onto Steam. I needed to go into steam, then steamapps and so on. But when I went into steamapps, there was only one folder and a VDF file??? I know there are meant to be folders such as common and so on, yet they arnt in mine??? Anyone know how to fix this??
