Mobility center issues

Hello!

 

So I've recently ran into an issue. The function key row f1 f2 f3 f4 etc. Does not work how it worked before. Now ever single time I turn the PC on I need to change the mobility center setting because they have been reseted.

How could I stop them from resetting because it's so damn annoying to change it every single time I turn the PC off. And I'm not going to press fn+function key, it's just too annoying for me.
