Hey guys I'm new to the forums, I have a new pc and it has a weird problem I don't know how to fix.

Specs:

I7 6700k @Stock

nvidia gtx 1070 MSI gaming X

corsair 650 Watt powersupply

MSI  Z170a Gaming M5 1151 motherboard

16Gb DDR4 Kingston hyper X

windows 10 64 bit

So the problem is that my Pc keeps stuttering for no apparent reason. Even while not doing much on it, it feels like I'm running a stress test or something like that. Reinstalling windows on it did not solve it.

Also the Ram is constantly occupied by something and the Ram is not the problem i already changed the Ram to check if it was the problem. I have updated all my drivers to the newest ones.

I hope you guys can help me.

Don't you think that I already searched for what was occupying the Ram ? The problem is there isn't anything listed that would heavily stress the Ram.

Here take a look yourself.

Sorry, but can you please translate it? I can't read/speak German (I think it's German, is it?)

It lists all the programs using Ram in order of most usage in KB at the top. On the left you can see the program names on the right ( third row ) you can see the usage in Ram. 180mb of Ram is used by the most demanding program. Combining all the numbers you get a usage of 500mb, so where is the rest of the 15gb of Ram usage coming from ?

Maybe it's just some sort of bug, can you try downloading something like HWMonitor or another similar program to see how much RAM is being used?

EDIT: Also, try going utilization High to Low, so you can see what's using your RAM the most.
