Deleting GRUB

I successfully restored windows' default bootloader, but i still have a remaining partition on the disk which is recognised as "ubuntu" by my bios. I tried to install an other linux distro but the install failed claiming that it couldn't install grub...Disk Managment reveals these two partitions, one of these is windows'....Which one should I delete :|????
