I got a Strix Z270-E and Strix 1060 6gb as a gift from my friends. And I bought an 7600k from January when there was a sale. Also Ill be taking 2x8 DDR4-2400 ram from my uncle.

I dont really have a budget, and I'm using this to mainly play games and do a bit of editing/rendering.

Two things im not sure about are:

CPU Cooler: I'm not sure if I need an AIO, if its overkill I think I can switch it to an air cooler. But which air cooler? Also, Im thinking of overclocking.

Storage: Is it a good idea to invest into an nvme m.2? And since there are 2.5" mounts on the case, is it okay to use a 2.5" harddisk? or should I just stick with 3.5"?

enermax T50 is pretty good for $50-55, on par with 240mm AIOs for less.

if you're just gaming, you won't notice a difference between nvme and a normal sata drive. get the hynix sl308 instead.

NVME isn't useful for normal workloads/things.

2.5 inch hard drives are fine, but there's no reason to get them, because they're just more expensive per GB than a normal 3.5 inch drive, and you have enough room.
