New GPU artifacts

Hello,

So i bought a GTX 1060 a month ago and i had no problems until today, as randomly i started seeing artifacts in my screen which made me panic. I then thought about lowering my overclock then reinstalled drivers and back to normal. An hour later same thing happened then i uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled again and worked again then decided that i should put back both core clocks and memory clocks to factory settings and here I am now afraid of seeing this problem again.

Do you think that the problem is from the card or the drivers (latest 381.65 driver from nvidia). Should i RMA my card ?

I'd appreciate any help provided.
