As far as I know there isn't any, as it would pose a lot of risk and a lot of paperwork (for the company) would have to follow, which means they make less money, which means they don't want to do that.

 

If you want international support though, I'm pretty sure Dell and HP are present enough in most countries to offer repairs worldwide.

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.
